Life coaching focuses on helping individuals set and achieve personal goals. It has roots in both executive and sports coaching. And it shares it's motivations with other forms of professional mentoring.

What coaching is not is psychotherapy or counseling of any form. It is designed to help individuals who are essentially healthy and functional to manifest successful outcomes in all aspects of their life. It works by using time-proven motivation techniques and very specific outcome analysis to bring about a more desired result than would be possible otherwise. The emphasis of life coaching is on positive action and getting results, while taking the time to appreciate your journey.

Some examples include:

  • Achieving unprecedented professional success through clearly defined outcomes and removing any barriers to success
  • Bringing about the Love of your life
  • Improving long held disfunctional family relationships
  • Getting the body you want
  • Finding your spirit guide and walking the "right" path to happiness
